Refund policy
We offer a 14-day hassle free return policy on candles, which means you have approximately 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for refund, minus shipping. There must be at least 50% of the product remaining in order to receive refund.
To start a return, email us at Wickd@NFluentZnCo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us via email, wait for instructions on return, and pay for return shipping. Please note: Wick’d by N’FluentZ is NOT responsible for return shipping costs nor candle damage due to blatant neglect (ie. candles left in vehicles upon receipt, etc.) At least 50% of the item must remain in the original container it was received in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Lastly, we need a well defined explanation in your words for the reason of the return.
All packages are shipped with USPS and insured. Wick’d by N’FluentZ do NOT assume responsibility for any packages that are lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us and attach a picture of the damaged item so that we can send out a replacement. Damaged items must be returned prior to sending out replacement item.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RECYCLING
Wick’d by N’FluentZ now rewards you for returning your empty containers. We're striving to keep our environment clean and safe daily and this is one of the ways we've decided to help. For every six glass containers / jars you return, you will receive $10 off your next purchase.
Email us for the return address. Once the package is received and the containers jars are confirmed to be in usable condition, you will be issued a $10 credit, it's that simple!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
